Case Study — Web3 Creative Direction
The genesis mint sold out in 7 minutes.
The Project
SuperGaming is home to 200 million lifetime players across a suite of mobile games - placing the studio in the top 1% globally for installs and reach. Completely self-published, with direct industry partnerships and over a decade of distribution know-how.
The brief was simple and enormous: take that legacy and launch it onchain. Build a brand, a world, a community from scratch. Make it feel like nothing else in the space.

The Challenge
Naming & Strategy
Naming is often the first thing done and the last thing credited. Both names came from the creative direction - built to carry the weight of a long-term ecosystem, not just a single mint event.
Brand Identity
Every element was built to feel premium, futuristic, and unmistakably $SUP - a system that works across a mint site, social media, and onchain metadata simultaneously.
Hero Asset - 3D Creation
The centrepiece of the entire creative. Not a logo, not a mascot - a world object. Something that needed to feel like it existed before the project, and would persist long after.
Digital Experience
The website was the conversion engine. Every scroll, every visual beat, every line of copy was designed to build anticipation and make the Mint Now button feel inevitable. I led art direction for the full site - from the hero layout to the mint UI.
Go-to-Market
Creative direction doesn't stop at brand guidelines. The same visual language was carried through every distribution surface - OpenSea to Twitter - building a consistent, premium presence before the mint went live.
The Outcome
Sold out. Genesis mint. No second chances.
The Lotus Vault holders now form the cornerstone of SUP's onchain community - the genesis layer of an ecosystem built on 200 million players and a decade of self-publishing expertise. The future is super.
